About the role:

  • Keep Allied Health services running smoothly by coordinating appointments, managing enquiries, maintaining records, and providing efficient administrative support to staff, patients, and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams across the Gladstone, Banana, and Rockhampton regions to support service coordination, contribute to quality processes, and help improve consistency and efficiency across the network.
  • Use your organisational skills to manage competing priorities, maintain confidential information, coordinate documentation and reporting requirements, and ensure day-to-day operations run seamlessly.
  • Be part of an evolving paediatric and allied health service that is embracing positive change, where you'll have the opportunity to support service improvements, streamline workflows, and contribute to better outcomes for children, families, and the wider community.

About you:

  • You are a highly organised and proactive administrator who can confidently manage competing priorities, work independently when required, and contribute positively as part of a collaborative team.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders while providing professional and responsive support.
  • You are comfortable using a range of contemporary technology systems and applications, with strong skills in areas such as document preparation, data management, records administration, and stock control.
  • You are committed to continuous improvement and enjoy identifying opportunities to enhance processes, contribute to quality initiatives, and support the delivery of safe, efficient and person-centred services. Formal administrative qualifications are not required; however, relevant training or professional development would be highly regarded.

What we offer:

Total monthly remuneration value of up to $5,029 p.m. is comprised of:

  • An hourly rate between $39.98 - $44.46 p.h.
  • 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
  • 17.5% leave loading
