The Allied Health Service Cassowary Hub, part of the Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service, delivers vital healthcare to rural communities across Innisfail, Tully and Babinda. Bringing together a diverse team of professionals, the service provides high-quality, patient-centred care across Child Protection Liaison, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Social Work, Dietetics and Speech Pathology, making a meaningful difference in the health and wellbeing of the communities it serves every day.

About you oppottunity:
In this position you will.....
- Utilise high level communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills by communicating in both written and oral forms and functioning within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Deliver a professional service at the Allied Health Reception area to the general public and patients and arrange appointments as necessary.
- Provide general administrative support including ordering of stationery, photocopying, filing, faxing and minute taking, MyHR as required to enable health professionals to meet their objectives and deliver services to patients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in the application of computerised information systems and applications including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, HBCIS, and S4HANA.
