Your new role:
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Administration Officer to provide high-quality administrative and reception support within Redland Residential Aged Care, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the service and a positive experience for residents, families and staff.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support including preparing correspondence, reports, meeting agendas and minutes, maintaining records, and managing documentation processes.
- Coordinate reception and office functions, responding to telephone and face-to-face enquiries, managing correspondence, ordering supplies, and supporting service operations.
About you:
You are an experienced and proactive administration professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting positive outcomes for residents, families and colleagues.
- Demonstrated experience providing high-quality administrative and customer service support, with the ability to communicate professionally and sensitively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks, manage changing demands and work effectively with minimal supervision.
