Every day, you'll contribute by:
- Creating and delivering engaging recreational programs that enhance quality of life and reflect individual preferences

- Monitoring engagement and wellbeing, adapting activities to meet changing needs and abilities
- Contributing to a safe, inclusive environment where connection, choice and enjoyment are at the heart of care
Let's talk about you!
You're someone who brings energy, empathy and creativity into every interaction. You understand the power of meaningful activity and take pride in helping people feel seen, valued and connected. Whether you're leading a group session or supporting one-on-one engagement, you create moments that matter and leave a lasting positive impact. You act with compassion and integrity, respect individual dignity, and bring courage to try new ideas that enhance care.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Qualification in leisure and health (or working towards it)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with residents, families and teams
- Experience planning and delivering engaging lifestyle or recreation programs
- Ability to organise your day, use initiative and adapt to changing needs
You'll stand out if you have experience in aged care or community settings and bring fresh ideas that foster connection and inclusion. Most importantly, you're passionate about making every day meaningful for others.
Be part of a team where compassion, dignity and innovation come together to create better everyday experiences.
