As Manager Operational Services Coordinator - Rural, you'll help create environments where patients feel safe and teams feel supported—making a real difference to communities across the region. From guiding local leaders to improving how services operate, your work will strengthen care delivery well beyond a single site.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
- Empowering and coaching leaders across rural facilities to build confident, capable and connected teams

- Leading meaningful improvements that streamline services and strengthen consistency across sites
- Working alongside diverse teams to introduce new ideas, uplift capability and shape the future of service delivery
Let's talk about you!
You're someone who leads with purpose and heart. You understand that behind every system or process are people—patients, families and teams—and you're driven to make their experience better. You bring calm direction in complex environments, balance strong governance with genuine care, and know how to inspire others to do their best work. What motivates you is knowing your leadership helps create safer spaces, stronger teams and healthier communities.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Experience leading operational, facilities or support services in a complex environment
- Strong knowledge of safety, compliance and governance, with the ability to apply it in practice
- A collaborative leadership style with the ability to build trust across teams and locations
- A mindset focused on improvement, innovation and delivering real outcomes
You'll stand out from the crowd if you bring experience working in regional or rural settings and/or formal leadership or management training.
Most importantly, you're passionate about contributing to something bigger—embracing compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage to create lasting impact across communities.
