Let's talk about you!
You're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where organisation, discretion and strong relationships matter. You bring calm, clarity and professionalism to everything you do, and you take pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Whether you're supporting leaders, solving problems independently or coordinating complex activities, you know your work makes a meaningful difference to the people around you. You lead with compassion, act with integrity, and value collaboration, helping create a respectful and inclusive workplace.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a busy administrative or executive environment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently across diverse stakeholders
- Excellent organisational skills, including managing competing priorities and deadlines
- Sound judgement, with the ability to work autonomously and handle sensitive information
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in healthcare or public sector settings and/or a strong background in records management or recruitment coordination.
Most importantly, you'll be someone who is passionate about supporting people, enabling great work, and contributing to a service that values compassion, dignity and innovation.
