Every day, you'll contribute by:

  • Delivering evidence-informed therapy that improves communication, function and quality of life

  • Managing a varied caseload across clinical settings, including outreach to rural communities
  • Contributing to service improvement, supervision and knowledge-sharing within the team

Let's Talk About You

You're someone who combines clinical skill with genuine care. You adapt quickly, think independently, and know how to build trust with patients and colleagues alike. Whether you're supporting someone through recovery or helping a team refine its approach, you take pride in making a meaningful difference every day. You bring compassion, integrity and curiosity to your work, and you're motivated by the impact you can have in a regional community.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology with current professional accreditation
  • Ability to deliver safe, effective care and manage a diverse clinical workload
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to multidisciplinary care
