You lead with compassion, act with integrity, and create environments where people feel respected, supported, and empowered to do their best work. You're energised by the chance to guide others, improve services, and make a genuine difference in a regional community.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you bring experience in rehabilitation or geriatric care and/or further study in leadership or a clinical specialty.
Above all, you'll be someone who embraces the opportunity of regional practice—building meaningful connections, leading with courage, and delivering care that reflects compassion, dignity, innovation, and integrity.
This is your chance to build a rewarding career while shaping services, supporting your team, and improving the lives of your community—every single day.
