The purpose of this role is to deliver advanced technical services, including maintenance, repair, installation and commissioning of dialysis and electromedical equipment, ensuring the safe, reliable and effective operation of critical health technology systems.
What you'll do
In this role you will maintain, repair and install specialised dialysis and electromedical equipment, troubleshoot complex technical issues, support water treatment systems used for dialysis services, supervise and mentor team members, coordinate technical work programs, maintain service records and documentation, engage with clinicians and suppliers, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance healthcare technology services.
About you
We are searching for someone who:
- Holds an engineering qualification relevant to biomedical technology
- Has advanced experience maintaining and repairing medical equipment
- Has experience or an interest in dialysis and electromedical technology
- Can diagnose and resolve complex technical issues independently
- Has strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Can mentor others and contribute to service planning and continuous improvement
