About the role

Permanent part time opportunity to deliver professional, client-centred customer service in alignment with Metro North values, ensuring clients are responded to in a timely, efficient, and respectful manner. This position is required to work Monday and Tuesday with a specific focus of Audiology.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

  • Proficient skills in the use of information technology to facilitate a high level of data quality. Systems include Enterprise Scheduling Management (ESM), Hospital Based Corporate Information System (HBCIS), Smart Referrals Workflow Solution (SRWS), and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Accurately processes referrals, schedules patient appointments, rescheduling and confirming as necessary and manages pending appointments, expired appointments for patients with a focus of Audiology using ESM, ensuring alignment with the Specialist Outpatients Implementation Standards (SOSIS).
  • Manage workload appropriately; prioritising tasks, ensuring work is completed within designated timeframes.
  • Provide a high level of administrative support within a multidisciplinary team ensuring business needs are met to a high standard.
