About the role
Deliver high-level paediatric occupational therapy services within the Allied Health team at Caboolture Hospital, providing advanced clinical assessment, treatment, and management for children with a range of developmental, functional, and complex health needs. This role supports outpatient services, focusing on improving outcomes across physical, cognitive, social, and psychological domains.
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, applying specialist knowledge and professional judgement to manage a complex caseload while supporting service delivery and patient-centred care. The role also includes providing clinical leadership, supervision, and guidance to occupational therapists, students, and allied health assistants, alongside contributing to service improvement and quality initiatives.
