About the role
Permanent full time opportunity to provide operational management and leadership of administration staff across Surgical, Treatment and Rehabilitation Service (STARS), ensuring high quality, client-focused service delivery aligned with the STARS organisational goals and Metro North Health objectives.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Provide operational management and day-to-day leadership of administration staff across STARS ensuring high quality, client-focused service delivery that meets administration workforce demands.
- Provide professional advice and operational support to the Director of Corporate Services and the Manager Administration Services on all matters related to administration workforce management, including recruitment, retention, performance and day-to-day operational issues.
- Manage all aspects of administration workforce operations including recruitment and selection, rostering, leave management, orientation, performance management, and mandatory training compliance in line with Queensland Health HR policies and guidelines.
