Your new role:
As an Enrolled Nurse in Ward 2A, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to deliver safe, evidence-based care and contribute to positive patient outcomes across a diverse acute inpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, person-centred nursing care to patients across Urology, Orthopaedics and other acute specialties.
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses and multidisciplinary teams to plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and effectively utilise electronic medical record systems.
- Support quality improvement, patient safety and infection prevention initiatives within the ward.

You are a motivated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
What You'll Bring
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Medication endorsement and demonstrated clinical nursing skills in an acute healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a commitment to person-centred care.
- Ability to adapt to changing clinical priorities while maintaining safe and effective nursing practice.

The Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital (QEII) is a medium metropolitan adult facility providing a range of inpatient and outpatient services including a 24-hour Emergency Department. We provide a range of services, including surgery, cardiology, endoscopy, orthopaedics, gynaecology, urology, geriatric, respiratory and emergency medicine.
We're making our hospital bigger and better to make it easier for our growing community to get the health care they need. We'll have more beds, medical wards and expanded intensive care and emergency services planned to be opened by 2027.
