Your new role:
As an Administration Officer, you'll be the welcoming face of our service while providing high-quality administrative support across multiple mental health teams. Working on a rotational roster across community and inpatient settings, you'll help coordinate patient care, support multidisciplinary teams and contribute to the smooth delivery of essential mental health services.
In this role you will:
- Deliver professional front reception and administrative support to patients, carers, clinicians and stakeholders.
- Coordinate appointments, admissions, discharges and patient information to support efficient service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records across a range of clinical and corporate systems while ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
- Work collaboratively across community and inpatient mental health services, providing flexible administrative support where it's needed most.
About you:
You're a proactive administrator who enjoys working in a busy healthcare environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. You remain calm under pressure, communicate confidently and enjoy supporting teams to achieve outstanding outcomes for patients.
You will bring:
- Strong administration, reception and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, compassionate approach.
- Confidence using a range of computer systems and Microsoft Office applications while quickly learning new technologies.
