Your opportunity:

  • To lead, coordinate and operationally manage the Continuing Care and Forensic Mental Health multidisciplinary team, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness, in the provision of quality clinical services to stakeholders/consumers of the Wide Bay Mental Health & Specialised Services.
  • This role provides operational service delivery management and coordination of the Mental Health Clinicians within the team on a day to day basis with specific responsibilities for resource allocation, involvement in performance appraisal and development of the individuals in the team.
  • Deliver advanced level clinical services and clinical service leadership to ensure clinical responsiveness to mental health presentations via Community Mental Health.
  • Maintain service delivery within endorsed Models of Service Delivery and Service Capability Frameworks by facilitating, coordinating and promoting the Continuing Care and Forensic Team, its direction, practice and policy framework.

Our offer:

You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $173,368 p.a., comprising salary between $144,991 - $151,289 p.a., (Nurse Grade 7) or remuneration package value up to $172,615 p.a., comprising salary between $144,991 - $151,289 p.a. (HP5), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.) (Applications will remain current for 12 months).
