About the role
This is a meaningful opportunity to provide life-changing guidance and intervention through telephone and online platforms.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Maintain a current knowledge of the policies and structure within the Metro North Hospital and Health Service.
- Provide interventions via a variety of mediums (primarily telephone), including screening, information, advice, counselling, referral and consultancy in a timely manner to clients of the Service throughout Queensland utilising ethical and best practice standards and policies.
- Contribute to overall effective and efficient service functioning through adhering to work unit guidelines and work area protocols including those related to workflow, security, documentation and literature dissemination.
- Staff are expected to be compliant with the timely and accurate input and collection of consumer related data and information relevant to their work area requirements.
