About the role
Lead the delivery of high-quality Medical Imaging services across Metro North Satellite Health Centres located at Bribie Island, Kallangur, and Caboolture. This role combines advanced clinical expertise with operational and professional leadership, ensuring the provision of safe, efficient, and patient-centred imaging services within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
You will provide strategic and operational leadership for medical imaging operations, supporting workforce capability, service delivery, quality improvement, and clinical governance. The role requires advanced clinical judgement, effective resource management, and collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders to ensure service objectives, performance indicators, and patient care standards are achieved.

- Lead and manage multidisciplinary medical imaging teams to deliver safe, efficient, and patient-focused services
- Provide advanced clinical expertise, leadership, and decision-making across a complex service environment
- Drive quality improvement, service development, and compliance with professional, legislative, and accreditation standards
- Support workforce management through supervision, performance development, education, and mentoring
- Contribute to strategic planning, resource management, and the achievement of service objectives and key performance indicators
