About Your Role
As an Administration Officer, you'll provide high-quality administrative support that helps clinical teams deliver exceptional patient care.
In this role you will:
- Welcome patients, visitors and staff with professional customer service.
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper-based patient records.
- Prepare daily inpatient reports and clinical documentation.
- Manage incoming calls, emails and general enquiries.
- Process mail, pathology results and clinical correspondence.
About You
You're an organised and approachable administration professional who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys supporting both patients and healthcare teams.
You'll bring:
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
