About Your Role

As an Administration Officer, you'll provide high-quality administrative support that helps clinical teams deliver exceptional patient care. 

In this role you will:

• Welcome patients, visitors and staff with professional customer service.
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper-based patient records.
• Prepare daily inpatient reports and clinical documentation.
• Manage incoming calls, emails and general enquiries.
• Process mail, pathology results and clinical correspondence.

About You

You're an organised and approachable administration professional who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys supporting both patients and healthcare teams.

You'll bring:

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
• Well-developed organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
