The purpose of this role is to plan, coordinate and supervise the daily operations of the Central Pharmacy Services warehouse, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant warehousing and distribution activities that support healthcare services across Queensland.

 

What you'll do

In this role you will lead and supervise warehouse staff, coordinate receiving, picking, packing and dispatch operations, manage staffing and operational resources, monitor team performance against key performance indicators, support training and workforce development, maintain compliance with workplace health and safety requirements, oversee inventory and warehouse processes, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

 

About you

We are searching for someone who:

  • Has experience supervising teams within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment
  • Can effectively coordinate high-volume operational activities and competing priorities
  • Has strong leadership, coaching and workforce management skills
  • Can analyse operational performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Has excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Is committed to workplace safety, quality outcomes and customer service excellence
