Your new role:
As a Pharmacy Intern, you'll work under the supervision of experienced Registered Pharmacists to deliver safe, evidence-based pharmacy services across one of Metro South Health's major hospitals. You'll gain valuable clinical experience while completing your intern training and contributing to high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical pharmacy services, medication management and patient counselling under supervision.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient-centred care.
- Participate in quality improvement, research and professional development activities.
- Build your clinical knowledge and practical skills while completing your approved intern training program.

You're a motivated pharmacy graduate who is eager to learn, committed to delivering exceptional patient care and ready to begin your professional career in a supportive hospital environment.
Skills & Experience
- Eligible to undertake an approved Pharmacy Intern Training Program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Demonstrated commitment to learning, professional development and evidence-based practice.
