Make a difference where it matters most
Join the Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service (TCHHS) Pop-Up Palliative Care Service, delivering specialist palliative care across Cape York and the Torres Strait Islands.
As our Senior Social Worker, you'll provide expert psychosocial support to people living with life-limiting illnesses and their families, helping improve quality of life while ensuring compassionate, person-centred care. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll build strong partnerships with healthcare providers, community organisations and local communities to support people to receive care in the place they choose.
This is an opportunity to combine advanced clinical practice with meaningful relationships, cultural connection and the chance to make a lasting change across some of Australia's most unique communities.

- Base salary $128,169 - $137,918 per annum
