What we're looking for

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

  • Advanced knowledge of health research in clinical and health service settings.
  • Advanced knowledge of how university partners intersect with health services to support research.
  • Advanced research project management skills, with knowledge of research codes of practice and ability to apply ethical guidelines in research behaviour.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including experience in writing reports, delivering presentations, and tailoring commutation to suit a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the health system, with higher education, and across other sectors as necessary.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Appointment to this position requires proof of a Bachelor degree qualification in science, public health, social or behavioural sciences or a related field. A postgraduate degree is highly desirable.
  • Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and registration or membership with the appropriate registration authority or association within Australia.
