Competitive salary and benefits:

We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.

  • Salary range: $128,169 to $137,918 p.a. (HP4)
  • 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
  • 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
  • Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available

About your opportunity:

Deliver high level physiotherapy clinical services and clinical leadership across acute services at The Townsville University Hospital. The position is integral to maintaining high standards of physiotherapy practice and contributing to the development of acute care medical and surgical physiotherapy to optimise patient flow and experience. 

The position also acts as a resource person in acute physiotherapy for staff, service managers and health care consumers of Townsville Hospital and Health Service.

The position contributes to a 7-day, after hours and on-call service.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration (if applicable)
  • Possession of class C drivers' licence.
  • This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
  • Probation period may apply.
  • Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
