We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
- Base salary range: $79,272 to $88,158 p.a. (AO3)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus great Ssalary packaging options to increase take-home pay
- Flexible working arrangements may be available
About your opportunity
In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, visitors and staff while supporting the delivery of efficient and effective healthcare services. Working as part of a collaborative administrative team, you will undertake a range of patient administration functions, including bookings, admissions, discharges and records management, while maintaining accurate information across multiple systems.
The successful candidate will be a customer-focused professional with strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and support positive patient experiences while adhering to organisational policies, procedures and values.
