Competitive salary and benefits:

We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.

  • Base salary range: $79,051 to $116,189 p.a. (HP3)
  • 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
  • 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
  • On-call and shift allowances (where applicable)
  • Professional development allowance + dedicated leave
  • Plus great salary packaging options to increase take-home pay

About your opportunity

Join our supportive and collaborative Social Work team at Townsville University Hospital, where you'll provide high-quality clinical services as part of a multidisciplinary team to support patients and families in achieving positive psychosocial and healthcare outcomes.

This role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of clinical areas, including acute inpatient and rehabilitation settings, while developing your skills through clinical supervision, mentoring, and ongoing professional development. Working within a tertiary teaching hospital with strong links to James Cook University, you'll also have access to academic resources and potential research opportunities.
