Based at Townsville University Hospital, the North Queensland Kidney Transplant Service is Queensland's second kidney transplant service and the only service of its kind outside South East Queensland, providing specialist transplant services to patients from across northern Queensland.

Competitive salary and benefits:

We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.

  • Base salary range: $108,735 to $118,307 p.a. (AO5)
  • 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
  • 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
  • Plus great salary packaging options to increase take-home pay
  • Flexible working arrangements may be available

About your opportunity

As the NQKTS Data Manager, you will be a key member of the North Queensland Kidney Transplant Service multidisciplinary team, providing expert data management, analysis and reporting to support service planning, performance monitoring and clinical governance.

Working closely with the Clinical Director and key stakeholders, you will contribute to strategic projects, support statewide and national data reporting, identify service improvement opportunities, and drive data quality and integrity across the service.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to influence service delivery, support evidence-based decision-making, and help improve outcomes for kidney transplant patients across North Queensland.
