About the role

As the Support Officer – Learning and Development, you will coordinate the day-to-day operation of education and training facilities, manage education-related systems and resources, and provide high-level administrative support to education teams across the hospital.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

  • Facility Coordination - Co-ordinate the operation, function and maintenance of the education and training facilities, primarily in the education centre, but also in other areas on the campus where training occurs.
  • Develop and maintain module expert skills in relevant training support systems, particularly TMS, to support end users and system management.
  • Maintain and update mandatory and requisite compliance in TMS.
  • Perform meeting secretariat functions including preparation of meeting packs (agenda, reports etc), minute taking, scheduling meetings, sourcing and organising venues and equipment and catering as required.
