Your new role:
Play a pivotal role in advancing statewide occupational therapy clinical education and workforce capability across Queensland's Mental Health Alcohol and Other Drugs Services.
- Lead the development, delivery and evaluation of evidence-based occupational therapy, allied health and interprofessional education programs.
- Drive statewide education initiatives that strengthen workforce capability, clinical supervision and student placement experiences.
- Collaborate with health services, universities and key stakeholders to design innovative learning solutions that improve clinical practice.
- Provide expert advice on allied health education, workforce development and quality improvement to support safe, high-quality care.
About you:
You are an experienced occupational therapist and inspiring educator who is passionate about developing people, strengthening services and influencing positive change.
- Registered Occupational Therapist with AHPRA and advanced experience in Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs services.
- Demonstrated success leading clinical education, workforce development and change management initiatives.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across health, government and education sectors.
- Proven ability to mentor, supervise and build capability in clinicians while driving continuous improvement and innovation.
