About the role
Join the Surgical, Treatment and Rehabilitation Service (STARS) as an Administration Officer supporting Procedural Services. This role is responsible for delivering a seamless patient experience through the provision of high-quality administrative, reception, bookings, referrals, and admissions services. Working within a collaborative team environment, you will contribute to the efficient operation of Procedural Services while supporting patients throughout their healthcare journey.
You will undertake a diverse range of administrative duties, including appointment coordination, patient admissions and discharges, referral management, telehealth support, waitlist management, and customer service activities. The role requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to build positive relationships with patients, multidisciplinary teams, and key stakeholders across STARS.

- Provide high-quality administrative, reception, bookings, and patient support services within Procedural Services
- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff through professional and compassionate communication
- Manage appointments, referrals, admissions, waitlists, telehealth services, and related administrative processes
- Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Demonstrate strong organisational, digital, and time management skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment
