What your day could look like
As the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Service Manager, you'll lead initiatives that improve health outcomes and strengthen health equity across the region. Working with communities, leaders and partners, you'll help shape services that are culturally responsive, innovative and focused on lasting impact.

- Driving health equity priorities that improve access, experience and outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
- Building strong partnerships with community organisations, health professionals and key stakeholders to deliver shared goals.
- Leading strategic projects and service improvements that respond to community needs and create sustainable change.
- Providing expert advice and leadership to support informed decisions and future-focused planning.

Here's what will help you thrive:
- Strong knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health and contemporary healthcare priorities.
- Experience leading strategy, programs, projects or service improvement initiatives.
- Outstanding communication, consultation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A current C Class driver's licence and willingness to travel when required.
You'll stand out if you have experience leading health equity, research or large-scale change initiatives, and/or experience working across health, government or community settings.
