Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Strong clinical assessment, decision-making and care coordination skills
- Experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- A commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care and supporting continuous improvement
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate qualifications relevant to aged care, rehabilitation or community health and/or experience in rehabilitation, hospital substitution or community-based care services.
