About the Team
Digital Project Delivery provides end-to-end project management and support for digital projects and improvement activities. Our core purpose is to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently, remain aligned with standardised methodologies and organisational priorities and produce meaningful outcomes in digital health transformation for patients, families and staff.
About the Role
In this role you will deliver quality outcomes for children, young people and families (Leader of Self) in accordance with the Children's Health Queensland Leadership Excellence Framework and the Queensland Public Service and the CHQ values. Your contribution will include:
- Support the Digital Projects Program with the definition, documentation, and successful completion of large-scale projects in line with Queensland Health project management methodologies.
- Assist in the creation of documentation on current and target state systems, workflows, processes, procedures, and standards.
- Assist and support the Digital Program with reporting, budget, assurance and governance with a focus on asset replacement processes.
- Support the development of formal project plans, budgets, supporting documentation and records and registers.
- Consult and liaise extensively with project stakeholders to clarify and document business requirements and make recommendations on the development of new or enhancements to existing processes, procedures, information systems, tools, and interoperability to meet stakeholder needs.
