About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- A continually developing understanding of administrative and organisational skills used to maximise booking utilisations.
- Maintain the waiting list by ensuring accurate and complete additions, amendments, ongoing verification, and appropriate delegations and by ensuring all waitlists are accurate and maintained in accordance with the audit policy process.
- Build relationships with customers, by using strong communication and negotiation skills to understand customers' needs, including in-person and telephone enquiries relevant to the activities of the clinic and call centre. Delivering a service that meets their needs and adhering to policy guidelines and ensuring confidentiality is maintained as per the Code of Conduct.
