About the role:

• Deliver client-focused recruitment services, providing accurate, timely advice on recruitment, selection, policies, procedures and best practice.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising, vacancy processing, candidate correspondence, letters of offer and recruitment documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Queensland Health legislation, directives, policies and recruitment standards while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting, completing data entry, analysing information and producing reports to support informed decision-making.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to enquiries and delivering high-quality recruitment support and procedural guidance to managers and stakeholders.

About you:

• Knowledge of recruitment and selection practices, with the ability to quickly learn relevant legislation, policies and Queensland Health recruitment processes; alongside a relevant qualification would be desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to delivering professional, client-focused service.
• Strong computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems and applications.
• Experience working in a KPI-driven environment, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet performance targets.

What we offer:

Total monthly remuneration value of up to $8,382 p.m. is comprised of:

• An hourly rate between $39.98 - $44.46 p.h.
• 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
