We're excited to welcome a Technology Officer to our Information Services within Digitial Health and Technology.

The Service Delivery team is part of the Sunshine Coast Information Technology Services team, which provides and coordinates a range of services and solutions, including ICT infrastructure and service delivery.

The Technology Officer will provide technical support services and incident resolution to maintain defined enterprise service levels in one or more technology domains.

Key Responsibilties include:

• Assist in the installation and configuration of software, hardware and/or equipment, and tests specific versions of one or more of these products.
• Assist in the build, documentation and implementation of technical solutions within best practice ICT design and ICT delivery frameworks.
• Utilise appropriate design standards, methods and tools, consistent with agreed enterprise and solution architectures.
• Actively participate in a team of specialist technical resources in the delivery of complex technical solutions.

Remuneration value up to $117 603 p.a., comprising salary between $93 556 - $103 074 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO4).
