The Nurse Navigator - Trauma Service will work in collaboration with Trauma Service clinicians including the Trauma Clinical Nurse Consultants (CNCs) and Trauma Clinical Lead to meet the needs of the Trauma patient and must be flexible and responsive to Townsville Hospital and Health Service (HHS) needs.

Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
- Salary range: $139,951 to $151,949 p.a. (NG7)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available

- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
- Probation period may apply.
