Your new role:
As the Parking Facilities Coordinator, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the QEII Hospital parking facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient and customer-focused service for patients, visitors and staff.
- Lead the daily operation of the hospital's parking facilities, overseeing staff, contractors, maintenance activities and parking systems to ensure reliable service delivery.
- Drive operational excellence by developing and improving policies, procedures, traffic management plans and business processes while monitoring performance and responding to parking demand.
About you:
You are an organised and proactive operational leader with strong analytical skills, a commitment to customer service and the ability to build positive working relationships across a diverse stakeholder group.
- Demonstrated experience managing operational services, including budgeting, KPI monitoring, policy implementation and compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, prepare high-quality reports, identify improvement opportunities and make informed decisions.

Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital:
The Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital (QEII) is a medium metropolitan adult facility providing a range of inpatient and outpatient services including a 24-hour Emergency Department. We provide a range of services, including surgery, cardiology, endoscopy, orthopaedics, gynaecology, urology, geriatric, respiratory and emergency medicine.
We're making our hospital bigger and better to make it easier for our growing community to get the health care they need. We'll have more beds, medical wards and expanded intensive care and emergency services planned to be opened by 2027.
