The position of Administration Skills Trainer will coordinate the delivery of administration staff training to support the delivery of quality health services within CHQ HHS through identification of training needs, training resources, as well as development, scheduling and delivery of all administration services training to administration staff.

About the Role
In this role you will coach and support others to deliver for children, young people and families (Leader of Others) in accordance with the Children's Health Queensland Leadership Excellence Framework and the Queensland Public Service and the CHQ values. Your contribution will include:
- Coordinate the training and development of all administration staff to ensure delivery standards and timelines are achieved.
- Develop and deliver soft skills training, associated competencies and mentoring to administration staff ensuring the competency and skills of staff are maintained at a consistently high standa
- Liaise with Divisional representatives and others to identify and co-ordinate delivery of education and training need
- Actively participate with team members in the development of an on-line integrated learning environmen
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure that all training records are captured and provide monthly reporting.
- Co-ordinate and participate in the delivery of the induction programme for administration staff.
