About the role:

As a Clinical Educator, you'll lead the design, delivery and evaluation of innovative education and training programs that build workforce capability across Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs Services. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you'll provide expert clinical education, mentor staff, support evidence-based practice and drive continuous learning to strengthen high-quality, recovery-focused care across Central Queensland.

About you:

You're a passionate clinician with experience in mental health, alcohol and other drugs, and a genuine commitment to developing others. You thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy designing and delivering engaging education programs, and use evidence-based practice to build capability across multidisciplinary teams.

You'll hold the relevant tertiary qualification and current Australian registration or professional membership applicable to your discipline (AHPRA registration for Nursing, Occupational Therapy or Psychology, or eligibility for full AASW membership for Social Work). A relevant postgraduate qualification will be highly regarded.

What we offer:

Total remuneration value of up to $173,368 p.a. is comprised of:

  • An hourly rate between $70.58 - $76.63 p.h.
  • 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
  • 17.5% leave loading
