Role details
The Clinical Excellence Unit at the Mackay Base Hospital is seeking applications for a Riskman Administration Officer to join their team on a temporary basis.

Your opportunity
As Systems Support Officer you will provide effective system administration and maintenance, support and advice in order to provide qualitative and quantitative data for state-wide patient safety and quality data measurement programs and initiatives, including but not limited to.
- Modify Alerts
- Add / modify organisational structure
- Maintain location structure
- Manage the home page view content (what people can see)
- Coordinate communications with RiskMan for level 3 support occasions
- Change super user profiles / add super users / subject matter experts
- Process of enabling and modifying the access level and activity of Reporter, Line Manager, Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Super user (templates) in consultation with QH-RiskMan team (DOH).
- Liaise with QH-RiskMan and RL Datix in accordance with the Business Continuity Plan and be responsible for Mackay communication and activity in the event system downtime
