About your opportunity:
- Lead the provision of expert advice and recommendations to the Executive Leadership Committee and the CHHHS Board on capital delivery, projects, infrastructure planning, asset management, and maintenance, including monitoring national and international trends.
- Oversee and be accountable for the delivery of minor works projects (typically under $1 million), ensuring high standards of project governance, consultation, communication, coordination, and control in accordance with Queensland Health policies and directives.
- Provide leadership to Integrated Asset Management (IAM) and ensure its effective integration across all infrastructure projects.
- Maintain compliance with Health Service policies and frameworks, including employment equity, anti‑discrimination, workplace health and safety, and ethical standards.
