About your opportunity:
In this role you will....
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to high-quality service, assisting colleagues, Team Leaders, and Managers to deliver efficient recruitment processes and support a positive workplace culture.
- Provide administrative support for learning and development activities, including scheduling sessions, preparing training materials, maintaining attendance records, and responding to enquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training and workforce data, ensuring compliance with mandatory reporting requirements and supporting the preparation of reports and dashboards.
- Support communication and logistics for workforce programs, including preparing emails, booking venues, coordinating calendars, and tracking responses.
