Your opportunity:
- To participate in the provision, development and maintenance of an effective, efficient and equitable clinical service to the hospital patients in consultation with consultants, visiting specialists, nurses and allied health professionals.
- To contribute to the continual upgrading of medical education, and dissemination of knowledge to staff and patients.
- The appointment will be to the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service for the provision of services to Hervey Bay or Maryborough Hospitals, Bundaberg Hospital, Wide Bay Mental Health and Specialised Services, and Rural Facilities.
- A Principal House Officer is a medical practitioner in the third or subsequent year of practical experience after eligibility for full registration as a medical practitioner.
Several Temporary Full Time (76 hours p.f.) and Temporary Part Time Positions (hours negotiable) from date of appointment for 12 months with the possibility of extension

Our offer: You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $180,977 p.a., comprising salary between $137,196 - $158,618 p.a. (L4-L9) or salary between $137,196 - $150,681 p.a. (L4-L7) , employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%), annual leave loading (17.5%), Vocational Training Subsidy or Professional Development Allowance and Professional Development Leave. (L4-L9) (Several Temporary Full Time, 76 hours p.f. and Temporary Part Time Positions, hours negotiable from date of appointment for 12 months with the possibility of extension) (Applications will remain current for 12 months).
