Reporting to the CSR Manager, Townsville Laboratory, this role is part of Pathology Queensland's 24-hour service and requires participation in a rotating roster of day, evening and overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Multiple positions are available, offering an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team delivering high-quality diagnostic services.
Key competencies (role specific criteria)
You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following:
- Demonstrated high work ethics, the ability to work autonomously and a high-level pride in their work.
- Extensive experience and ability to deliver high quality services to clients. Ability to understand and react responsively to client expectations.
- High level of communication skills to enable effective interaction in individual and group situations.
- Demonstrated effective administration skills including keyboard skills. Ability to acquire knowledge of computer systems.
