About the role
This pivotal role offers the opportunity to work alongside senior medical and nursing leaders in a fast-paced and innovative healthcare environment, helping to support the delivery of exceptional virtual healthcare services across Queensland.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Provide high level email and diary management to the Clinical Director, Virtual Healthcare Services, STARS and Nursing Director, Virtual Healthcare Services, STARS including providing advice and assistance to the broader teams.
- Assist in preparing associated paperwork for meetings/committees, conferences, forums etc, including timely follow up of actions as required for the designated meetings/committees in accordance with the Terms of Reference.
- Organise meetings and events generated/hosted by the Directors including but not limited to negotiation with key stakeholders to coordinate availability, booking of rooms, equipment, catering and car parking for external attendees, as required.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including the achievement of organisational goals by exercising sound judgment and resourcefulness to solve immediate problems, exercising discretion and maintain confidentiality in all interactions.
