We're excited to welcome a Senior Technical Assistant to our Solution Delivery, Sunshine Coast IT Services, Digital Health & Technology Team.
The Senior Technical Specialist will provide high level specialist technical support in the implementation, upgrade, enhancement or replacement of local digital and ICT systems and infrastructure ensuring that Digital Health and Technology (DHT) meet the needs of Sunshine Coast Health.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of technical service delivery for new and upgraded DHT infrastructure and platforms, ensuring alignment with best practice ICT service management and delivery frameworks.
- Provide expert, responsive service for local applications to Sunshine Coast Health customers through the build, test and implementation of digital and ICT infrastructure and systems and remedial action to ensure service levels and quality standards are maintained during the implementation of new or upgraded IT systems.
- Provide a sound level ICT technical expertise in accordance with departmental standards, policies, procedures and ITIL processes, in order to ensure the availability of local ICT systems infrastructure and the supporting operational environment.
- Provide expert advice to the development of hardware, software, telecommunications and operational standards, policies, procedures and work instructions and assist with the implementation of those standards.
Remuneration value up to $152,772 p.a., comprising salary between $125,002- $133898 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO6).
