Your new role:
As a Clinical Nurse with the Mobile Intensive Rehabilitation Team, you will provide advanced clinical leadership while delivering high-quality, recovery-oriented mental health care to consumers with complex needs.
- Provide expert clinical assessment, care planning and coordination to support consumers in achieving their recovery goals and improving quality of life.
- Lead and support evidence-based nursing practice, offering clinical guidance, mentoring and leadership within a multidisciplinary team.
- Collaborate with consumers, families, carers and community services to deliver person-centred, strengths-based care that promotes independence and community participation.
About you:
You're an experienced and compassionate mental health nurse who is passionate about recovery-focused care and committed to achieving the best outcomes for consumers.
- Registered Nurse with current registration through the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA), with demonstrated experience in mental health and/or addiction services.
- Advanced clinical assessment, critical thinking and care coordination skills, with the ability to manage complex clinical situations autonomously.
- A collaborative leader who builds positive relationships, mentors others and contributes to a supportive, high-performing multidisciplinary team.
