About the role
Temporary opportunities to provide professional, efficient and confidential client focussed administrative services for The Prince Charles Hospital. Our services include a wide variety of roles across Corporate Services.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Provide excellent customer service in a friendly and helpful manner, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in a written and oral capacity with all patients, their families, and staff.
- Be responsible for the provision of timely, accurate and efficient correspondence, including the ability to proofread, correct grammar, format letters, and reply to emails.
- Perform a wide range of administrative duties that may include front-line facing or front-line support. This can include (but is not limited to) reception, admissions, referral centre, scheduling, revenue, ward administration, emergency department, call centre and switchboard services.
- Some roles may perform confidential secretariat functions including preparation and distribution of agendas and relevant documents.
