About your opportunity:

In this position you will…

  • Participate as an effective team member and work collaboratively with other team members and stakeholder groups to achieve project outcomes and manage space planning which aligns with organisational objectives.
  • Consolidate and maintain a centralised portfolio of office accommodation information, including floor plans, lease details, space sizes, maintenance schedules, services providers, and emergency contact information.
  • Manage the implementation and ongoing development of space monitoring and booking system using best practice guidelines to ensure consistent and quality outcomes are achieved.
