Are you a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse looking to make a real difference in aged care?

Join the THHS Single Assessment Organisation (THHS SAO) and help older Queenslanders access the care and services they need. In this community-based role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments and support plan reviews, assisting clients to navigate the aged care system and achieve the best possible outcomes.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll apply your clinical expertise, assessment skills and person-centred approach to help older people maintain their independence, wellbeing and quality of life.

This is a rewarding opportunity to combine your nursing expertise with meaningful community-based care while making a positive impact on the lives of older Queenslanders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent certification relevant to the position and registration with AHPRA
  • A minimum of one year of recent experience providing services in aged care settings and/or directly supporting aged persons

Competitive salary and benefits:

We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements. 

  • Base salary range: $3348.80 to $4295.40 p.f. 
  • 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
  • 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
  • Plus great salary packaging options to increase take-home pay
  • Flexible working arrangements may be available
